The Online Services division of Sagatori works with clients to provide Customer Interaction solutions across channels where the customer is in control.

These channels include:

At Sagatori, our focus is not on the technology, but rather on providing the appropriate service to the customer across the correct channel. For that reason, while a customer may engage Sagatori to develop a Contact Centre solution, they may well find that there is also a role for our Online Services division involvement as well.
