Having close to 20 years experience in the contact centre industry, he is widely recognised as Asia’s leading contact centre consultant and a true thought leader in the industry. Simon is a frequent keynote speaker at industry related events and conferences throughout Asia and internationally.  Simon is the publisher of the Asia Pacific Call Centre News services and frequently contributes articles to the industry’s media.  He is an editorial panel member of CRMGuru.com and a certified associate of the International Calls Management Institute (ICMI).

Simon’s contact centre experience range from the operational level, to system integration to large scale consultancy projects internationally. His experience spans across many industries including the utilities, telecommunications, banking, Police, IT, insurance, government, education, transport, FMCG and outsourced industries. ‘

Simon is currently appointed by the Chinese Government as their ‘Official Overseas Consultant’ to the Committee for Call Centres.  He also acts as a trusted advisor to the call centre associations in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and China. He is the Chairman for the Asian Call Centre Awards (an initiative of various Call Centre Associations in Asia) for 2005 and again in 2006.
