Natalie Raso

Natalie has over 12 years experience in multinational corporations across both public and private sectors.  She brings extensive experience in her leadership roles for major business transformation programs involving strategy development, implementation and project management activities. She has managed program budgets in excess of US$25m involving commercial negotiations with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

She brings many years of experience in establishing, managing, leading and developing operational teams for multiple call centres.  She is an expert in comprehensive contact centre audits covering all aspects of Sagatori’s unique THEM2 Methodology.  Her operations management experience puts her in good stead to assist clients with strategic change and implement operational initiatives that focus on improving profitability, increasing customer satisfaction and driving operational efficiencies.

Her recent work in consolidating more than 20 regional contact centres into two centres in Australia and reducing operating costs by AU$10m is a prime example of her abilities and strengths.

Natalie has worked clients in a variety of business sectors including the media, telecommunications, Police, IT, directories, utilities and outsourced industries.
