ZuJun brings many years of contact centre operational experience across China. He is considered to be one of the pioneers of the industry in Chinese mainland.  He has remarkable insights in the Chinese contact centre industry.

His knowledge and experience have been gained in an emergent industry. He is credited with setting up and running new centres in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.  He has managed one of China’s largest outsourced call centres located in the Guangzhou which became an industry benchmark in profitability and human resource excellence.  His strength lies in his ability to identify, recruit and develop talent; he has trained and recruited hundreds of customer service representatives and dozens of contact centre managers.

ZuJun is a frequent speaker and presenter on topics related to excellence in contact centre management.  He speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese and has translated a book on the subject matter into Chinese for the Chinese speaking markets. 

His experience spans across many industry sectors including telecommunications, education, finance & insurance, utilities, Government and manufacturing industries.
